Easy to decorate and prepare, La Conserverie Guintrand offers a ratatouille of vegetables picked at maturity.

PREPARATION

Reheat our ratatouille in a saucepan over low heat and accompany your cooked meats by adding their cooking juices. 

Cold or slightly refreshed, i twill make your delight to start a meal, drizzled with a dash of olive oil. And if you have a leftover, break 2 or 3 eggs, beat them and make a delicious omelette.

You can vary your pleasures by accompanying your grilled meats, your fish, your perfumed rice with our preparations.
