We are a small well-structured French artisanal company located in Provence, close to Saint Tropez seacost in Provence. Our main speciality is vinegar made with fresh fruit pulp (17 flavours) to be used as it, or as a culinary ingredient. We offer a coherent product range:
• Vegetable tapenades
• Specialty olive oils
• Pulp fruits vinegars
• Tomatoes coulis, confit onions and garlic
• Fruit juices and syrups
Our artisanal recipes are created and cooked in our premises of more than 1200 m2 near the Castellet circuit (Saint Tropez Area). We work mainly with local fruits and vegetables, to offer our products the taste of La Provence.
